Professional Development for Teachers

It is a policy of our school to provide required training to the faculty to give them greater awareness about how to achieve better output among the children. The teachers undergo rigorous training for a couple of weeks every summer before the start of the school. Each day, the training is set with a clear objective in different aspects of the teaching learning process. As a part of teacher training, Grammar Tests, Computer awareness, CCE awareness and classroom management are taught. The teachers also have been given training on MIMIO. A one day workshop was also conducted for 45 teachers by CBSE designated resource persons on 18 August 2018. Various Activities covered during the teacher training from 04 to 12 June 2018 for academic year 2018-19 are as under:-

11. Workshop for KG Teachers by Oxford University Press.
12. Preparation of Verb Forms Tests for various classes.
13. Preparation of Grammar Tests for various classes.
14. Ethos of the school.
15. Observation rating scales.
16. Computer literacy training for newly inducted teachers.
17. Subject wise preparation of various projects for various classes.
