"Sruti Sainathuni, BA (ENGLISH), B.Ed, MBA (HR) LIBA, CHENNAI (GOLD MEDALLIST) is the able and energetic Academic Director of the School. She has had a brilliant academic career and her scholastic exposure has been to multi ethnic, regional and social backgrounds. She has studied in Maharashtra and in Tamil Nadu. She has been teaching in our school since 2006. Her educational philosophy is totally congruent with the scholastic ethics and philosophy of the founder of the school. She believes that children should be taught in such a way that the pupils are not aware that they are being taught! We should make them learn!

Mr. Mahesh, M.Sc., B.Ed., our Principal, is a postgraduate in Mathematics and holds a degree in teaching. He has more than 10 years of teaching experience in various schools. He has held many leadership positions in our School such as HOD Mathematics, Academic Coordinator and Vice Principal before the present appointment as Principal. He attended many training capsules conducted by CBSE at various venues, such as training in Scholastic Aspects of Comprehensive Evaluation and also on improvement of Principal’s Leadership qualities.

Mr. Mahesh is a strong believer in the inherent strengths and the abilities of students and teachers. He has advocated and implemented various activities for students to improve their personality and character. His endeavor is towards development of holistic personality of students. He brings out the best from each and every student. He has guided student projects to inculcate practical experience, teamwork, respect for the views of others, confidence, creativity and communication skills. He has guided teachers to adopt creative teaching ideas. He has the ability to entrust duties and responsibilities according to the teacher’s ability by which he could get maximum output from teachers. The school has gone from strength to strength to greater heights under his able leadership.
