A visit to ancient library

On 5 November 2024, Class VIII students visited a historical library in Vetapalem, which was established  in 1918. This ancient library has old books, newspapers, historical books that tell the Indian glory of the past, experiences gained by great intellectuals, freedom fighters and many more. Moreover, it is noteworthy that many researchers from all over the country and abroad come here for their research projects.

The Academic Director, Ms.  Sruti Sainathuni said that by visiting such a world-famous library, the students could develop the good habit of reading and contribute to the progress of the country and society. The Honorary Correspondent, Mr. G.V. Bhaskar added that the students were able to gain insight into the knowledge about Indian freedom struggle. The Principal, Mr. M. Mahesh further said that ancient libraries spark curiosity, and inspire a love for history, culture, and learning.
